Organization selector
If you have an account in another organization's WEDO network, you can easily switch from one network to another by clicking on the main menu header :
Menu ergonomics
✨ The main menu on the left of the screen has been completely redesigned for improved ergonomics and aesthetics.
Text search and navigation
The search tool makes it quick and easy to find content in WEDO using a simple keyword.
💡 Activate the tool with the keyboard shortcut CTRL/⌘ + K!
ℹ️ You can also navigate within the platform, for example, go to a workspace, a team or even reach a parameter:

My tasks / My meetings tabs
Easy-to-access tabs in your main menu for one-click viewing of all the tasks for which you are responsible and all the meetings that concern you.
Browse organization
Clicking on Browse Organization takes you to :

All users in your network.
-
All the teams of which you are a member.
-
All workspaces of which you are a member.
-
All checklist templates of which you are a member.
-
The Feed, for a summary of the activities to which you have access.
Profile & Settings
Your profile settings are shown at the bottom of the main menu.
WORKSPACE AND TEAMS
Simplified member management
The notion of team confidentiality has been modified. From now on, you only need to choose which users can access workspace content.
💡 When you add a member to a workspace with meetings, you can directly choose their role in them:
Access workspace description and path
Click on the title to view the path and description of the workspace.
Add a status to your projects
Want to use a workspace as a project? Add a status to it!
🆕 We have added options to best define the status of your project:

TASKS
Filter customization
ℹ️ Did you know that WEDO offers you countless ways to filter your tasks?
Click on filters and then select the conditions that the tasks must meet in order to be displayed in the respective filter.
💡 Use case: Since I tend to forget my tasks with short deadlines, I create a filter for myself that summarizes all the tasks I am responsible for that are due in the next 5 days 👇

Choose between list or kanban layout:
Group by / Sort by

Select the sections in which tasks will be grouped.

Choose the sorting of tasks within the sections.
💡 Below, in my project, I group tasks by users and then sort them by due date.
Status
Select the status of the tasks you wish to display:

Open tasks

Completed tasks
-
Deleted tasks
Move multiple tasks at once
Move multiple tasks at once to schedule them in a different section.
💡 This option is particularly useful when you structure your workspaces or checklist templates using sections. It lets you quickly move tasks into the appropriate sections.
Edit multiple tasks at once
Task organization: Process multiple tasks at once to save valuable time! 💡 For example, you can change the following:
👤 The person responsible
🔥 The priority
📅 The planned date
📅 The due date
✅ The status (open, completed, deleted).
If you select multiple tasks (CTRL/⌘ + CLICK), three editing options are available:

MEETINGS
Change the status of the meeting
You can find the phases of your meeting by clicking on the drop-down menu:
💡 Simply click the button to move to the next phase:
Confirm agenda > Start meeting > Close meeting> Lock minutes.
Topic View VS Document View
Topic view allows you to view one topic at a time on the screen. ℹ️ This is the ideal mode to edit your content!
If you choose Document View, your content will be displayed in its entirety for you to expand as you go. ℹ️ This is the ideal mode to proofread your content!

Formatting bar
The formatting bar is displayed by default for each topic in a meeting.
ℹ️ It is also displayed when you select written text.
In the document view, the bar also remains fixed to facilitate formatting the content.

Select your content block you want to add using the ➕ drop-down menu .
💡 You can also enter a block using the `/` command.
TEMPLATE AND CHECKLISTS
Template modification via the tab
If you wish to modify the task list of a checklist template :

Go to the Template (in the example: Employee Home)

Click on the template's Tasks tab. ℹ️ A yellow banner indicates that you are editing a template (note that any changes you make will be applied to future checklists).
Launch checklists directly from the template overview
Click on a Team (1) to access the Templates tab (2). From your template preview, you can start a checklist directly (3):
