Submit a topic in a meeting

You can submit a topic in a meeting in order to suggest topics for discussion.

To submit a topic in a meeting, from the “My meetings” personal menu (1), apply the filters “With access”, “Participant”, “Can submit”, “With submissions” (2) to select the target meeting then click on the 3 vertical dots (3) then “Submit a topic” (4). The operation is the same if you are already in the specific workspace.

Write the title of the theme (5), a description (6) and add any documents (7). You can change the target meeting by selecting another one from the list of existing meetings if needed (8). Finally, click on submit (9).

The theme has been submitted and a blue paper airplane pictogram is displayed, to inform me that a theme has been submitted in this meeting. If the theme is accepted, this plane will be green, if it is refused, it will be red.
