In a meeting Topic, you can import tasks shared with the workspaces you are a member of. In a few clicks, you can add the tasks relevant to your meeting to your agenda. 

To import tasks into a Topic there are two options:

Select Import tasks from the <code>+</code> icon in the upper-right corner
</li>
<li>
Enter Import... using the <code>/</code> command
</li>
</ul>Then select the tasks to be imported and click on the Import... button :
