As an administrator, you can invite a user to reset their password.

Only administrators are allowed to access the network settings.
To send a password reset request :

From your Profile click on Settings

Click on Users
-
Locate the active user to whom you need to send the Invitation request and click on the button with the three vertical points

Finally, click on Send password reset.
