As an accredited trust service, it meets the legal requirements of the European eIDAS regulation and the Swiss federal CSES law. Additionally, the signature service adheres to standards published by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).
How to Verify Your Identity with Swisscom?

In-Person verification: You can visit a Swisscom Shop with valid ID to verify your identity with a Swisscom employee. The process only takes a few minutes.

Online authentication: You can also complete your authentication online; however, these services offered by Swisscom are paid.
