The search

Search indexing is instantaneous! For example, if you create a task, it is directly accessible via the search tool. The same goes for searching through meetings, paragraphs, decisions or even files. In the search results, WEDO shows you the number of hits found.

💡 To refine your search, you can specify your search terms. The results will appear according to the selected option. 3 options are possible:

• The search result contains all the terms entered

• The search result contains at least one of the terms entered

• The search result contains the exact terms

Search through meeting topics

To search through the meeting topics:

1. Click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the screen

2. Enter the keyword in the search bar

3. Select the Topic tab

4. The meeting topics containing the keyword are displayed on the screen

You can sort the search results by workspace or by relevance/date.

Search through content blocks

To search through the blocks of meetings:

1. Click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the screen

2. Enter the keyword in the search bar

3. Select the Blocks tab

4. Blocks containing the keyword are displayed on the screen

You can filter the results by block type.

Search through tasks

To search through tasks:

1. Click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the screen

2. Type the keyword in the search bar

3. Select the Tasks tab

4. The tasks containing the keyword are displayed on the screen

For your information, WEDO searches through Ongoing, Completed and Deleted tasks.

You can sort the search results by relevance, by status, by planned date or by due date.

Search through files

If the file is linked to a workspace, you will find under it the names of the team and the workspace containing the file (here: Management > Management Committee). If nothing is mentioned, the file has been attached to a meeting or task. You can click on the file to see the source to which the file is linked (here: file is attached to the task Edit Apprenticeship Rules).

The search is also done through the content of the files.
